The milk for this pecorino comes exclusively from the sheep on our farm. Our sheep graze freely across our fields and are carefully monitored to ensure a product of the highest quality. The milk is first pasteurised, and its distinctive flavour comes from the natural freshness of the milk. Cheese made from pasteurised sheep’s milk. Aged for a maximum of 40 days.

Our cheeses are sold by the quarter to ensure optimal freshness and precise portioning. Pricing is therefore calculated per quarter, with the final cost reflecting the selection and quantity chosen.
