Our LEGACY
Today, this legacy is lovingly upheld by his sons, Massimo and Marco, and their families, who continue their father’s dream with the same dedication, respect for nature, and attention to detail. At CASANOVA, sustainability is not a trend — it is our way of life. We cultivate the land using eco-compatible methods, free from chemical products, nurturing biodiversity and protecting the natural balance of our ecosystem. Our 50 kW solar power system provides clean, zero-impact energy, while an automated water management system ensures that every drop is used wisely and responsibly.
We practice natural ground cover, mow mechanically twice a year, and enrich the soil only with organic compost and natural manure. The estate is alive with animals that embody the rhythm of rural life — sheep, cows, horses, geese, and our noble Maremmano-Abruzzese sheepdogs, guardians of the flocks and faithful companions of our fields.

At CASANOVA, four Maremmano-Abruzzese sheepdogs watch over our flocks with dedication and grace. Trained and cared for by our team, they guide and protect the sheep as they roam the estate’s open fields. Alongside them, our Quarter Horses bring strength and beauty to the landscape, embodying the harmony between people, animals, and nature. Beloved by everyone here, they’re an essential part of life at the estate and we can’t wait for you to meet them.
