From the groves of Casanova, our new harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil carries forward the tradition Sebastiano Trapanotto brought from Sicily to the heart of Chianti.
Our 2026 Extra Virgin Olive Oil, certified organic IGP, is produced from olives grown without chemicals on our family estate near Barberino Tavarnelle, in the Florentine countryside. The olives are pressed within hours of harvest to preserve their freshness, character and full depth of flavour.
Pre-order now — the 2026 oil is not yet available for immediate shipment. Your order will be carefully prepared and dispatched as soon as the pressing is complete.
